These terms govern the use of www.tunaffaires.tn and, where applicable, the services offered by TunAffaires: web creation, digital marketing and acquisition, branding and communication, consulting and development.
Prices published on the Pricing page are indicative and exclude VAT. They do not constitute a firm contractual offer: only a written quote accepted by both parties commits TunAffaires to a definitive scope, timeline and amount.
Any request submitted via the contact form is first discussed before a quote is issued.
Unless otherwise stated in the signed quote, the client becomes the owner of the delivered site (content and code) once the balance is paid. The domain name and hosting must be registered in the client's name, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt its operation (automated content scraping, intrusion attempts, etc.).
These Terms are governed by Tunisian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Competent jurisdiction: to be validated with legal counsel at production launch.
