Landing pages in Tunisia: why prices really start around 1,500 TND

"Landing page" has become a somewhat overused term, applied to almost any single page — including pages with no conversion intent at all. That vagueness largely explains the price gap seen on the market.
A web page and a landing page aren't the same thing
A web page informs. A landing page is built for one thing only: getting the visitor to take a specific action — fill a form, buy, book, download.
What makes up the price of a real landing page
UX: the order in which things are shown
Before design comes structure: what information comes first, which objection to address and when, where to place the call to action. That's strategy work, not decoration.
Copywriting: the copy that convinces
Writing to convert is different from writing to inform. Every sentence should answer an objection or build trust.
Responsive design
Most ad traffic arrives on mobile. A landing page not built mobile-first loses a meaningful share of potential conversions.
Tracking
Without tracking (Meta pixel, Google Tag Manager, conversion goals), you can't tell if your ad campaign is working.
On-page SEO
A minimum of SEO structure avoids paying indefinitely for traffic that could partly come for free.
In short
A 500 TND page can exist and serve a simple purpose. A landing page built to convert brings together several skills (strategy, copywriting, design, technical integration) — that work is what justifies a price starting at 1,500 TND excl. VAT.
